About Us
My name is Susie Stephens and this is a picture of my Dad, Tim, below. He passed away from Alzheimer’s in 2018.

Walking through that journey with him changed the way I see brain health, caregiving, and the importance of clear, compassionate information. Where we saw no hope after diagnosis, I now see there’s an abundance of studies on prevention. I’ve also read hundreds of accounts describing people in the early to middle stages of Alzheimer’s who experienced significant improvement or recovery. What I’ve read and researched, I want everyone to know.
Through Healthy Memory, I highlight current research and practical, science-based habits for better sleep, brain-supportive nutrition, physical activity that benefits memory, and lifelong brain health. My goal is to make brain health feel hopeful, accessible, and empowering for anyone who wants to understand how the mind changes — and what truly prevents memory decline.
